ECS(50) With this software lights or appliances can be scheduled to turn on or off at any time. Lights may be dimmed remotely to create the perfect coming home scene. You can access your system using a PDA/Smartphone and make adjustments to your system while on the go. The ECS web server detects when you are using a PDA/Smartphone, and sends mini-pages specifically designed for these devices.
This automation software will even incorporate your entertainment system into your applications programming. Create a customized web page to control all of your media equipment, and carry out any task when you push a button on any remote control, keypad, or pendant (X10, IR, and/or RF). You can even use this system to play MP3s from your PC with any remote, keypad or pendant!
With its built-in speech-recognition capabilities, INSTEON-Compatible ECS Software will perform any tasks upon your spoken commands. The automation software will even announce and log the name and number of callers and even record their messages if yo u have a voice modem with a Rockwell chipset. Additional features include downloads of weather forecasts or stock quotes and audible and visual reminders for upcoming dates and appointments.
