This plug-in module enables computer-based configuration and control of household lighting,appliances and other devices over the powerline using digital UPB commands. Module UMC receives and transmits UPB digital commands and converts these signals to a serial RS-232C interface format. A pass-through (non-controlled) power outlet is provided on the face of the module. Power requirements: 120VAC +/- 10%, 60Hz. Computer connection: serial RS232C via DB-9s. Operating temperature: 30-120 deg F (0-50 deg C)
