TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AutomatedOutlet.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AutomatedOutlet.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AutomatedOutlet.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Return Policy
To return an item, a Return
Authorization (RA) must be obtained. The original invoice/order
number is required. RAs are valid for 30 days from date of issue by
Automated Outlet. An RA may be obtained from our Web site under your
user id logon, by phone or by email.
Refund may be
issued for new, unopened product returned within 30 days of purchase.
New, unused product returned within 90 days of purchase date may
receive store credit. All returned product must be in original
product packaging. Both product and product packaging must be in
new, resalable condition, and components, manuals, cables,
documentation must be returned with the product in order for Automated
Outlet to process your RA . Restocking fees may be assessed. Used
product is not subject for return.
Defective product
may be repaired or replaced consistent with manufacturer’s warranty,
after inspection and test. Where the manufacturer determines no fault
found, the product will be returned. Inspection costs may be assessed.
Store Credit Policy
If store credit is issued, store credit will be valid for a period of one year after issuance.
