How do I return an item?

Return Policy

To return an item, a Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained. The original invoice/order number is required. RAs are valid for 30 days from date of issue by Automated Outlet. An RA may be obtained by phone or by email.

Refund may be issued for new, unopened product returned within 30 days of purchase. New, unused product returned within 90 days of purchase date may receive store credit for the original purchase price or current price – whichever is less. Price protection honored up to 7 days after purchase date. All returned product must be in original product packaging. Both product and product packaging must be in new, resalable condition, and components, manuals, cables, documentation must be returned with the product in order for Automated Outlet to process your RA . Restocking fees may be assessed. Used product, software, and/or licences are not subject for return.

Defective product may be repaired or replaced consistent with manufacturer’s warranty, after inspection and test. Where the manufacturer determines no fault found, the product will be returned. Inspection costs may be assessed.
